Fried chicken in teriyaki sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • Teriyaki sauce TM “KIM CHI” – 5 tbsp;
  • Chicken breasts – 500g;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
  • Starch – 50g;
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional);
  • Spring onions (for garnish, optional).

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Rinse the chicken fillets under running water, remove any films and veins, pat dry with paper towels, and cut into pieces. Coat the chicken pieces in starch.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  3. Add the chicken and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the chicken is golden brown.
  4. Lower the heat and pour the sauce over the chicken in the pan. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Serve the dish with vegetables or rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions if desired. Enjoy!
