INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup tomato paste TM SMACHNA KUHNYA
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Whisk well and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust consistency by adding water if too thick. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Let cool, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Use as a dip, marinade, or glaze for grilled meats and vegetables.
