INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups cabbage
- 1 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup sweetcorn
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce TM KIM CHI
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Combine the cabbage, carrots, sweetcorn, cilantro, and green onions in a large bowl.
- Make the dressing by whisking together sweet chilli sauce, mayonnaise, lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the coleslaw with the dressing until well coated.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
