INGREDIENTS:
- 200g pasta
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 small zucchini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce TM KIM CHI
- 1 tbsp soy sauce TM KIM CHI
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey or brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Boil water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water for later.
- Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and zucchini, and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey (if using), and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together. If needed, add a bit of reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.
