Teriyaki Shrimp Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
- 400g shrimps
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce TM KIM CHI
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce TM KIM CHI
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Heat oil in a pan and cook shrimps and veggies for 4–5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and garlic powder, stirring until coated.
- Serve over rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
