Teriyaki Shrimp Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400g shrimps
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce TM KIM CHI
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce TM KIM CHI
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and cook shrimps and veggies for 4–5 minutes.
  2. Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and garlic powder, stirring until coated.
  3. Serve over rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
