INGREDIENTS:
- 2 servings of any noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup bell peppers
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp unagi sauce TM KIM CHI
- 1 tbsp soy sauce TM KIM CHI
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- If using fresh noodles, separate them gently. If using dry noodles, cook according to package instructions and drain.
- In a small bowl, whisk together unagi sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add onions, mushrooms, and garlic, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers, and stir-fry for another 3 minutes until vibrant but still crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles and pour the prepared sauce over.
- Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes until well coated and heated through.
- Optionally, drizzle extra unagi sauce on top for extra flavor.
